Exchange and Return Policy

1. If the item you received is incorrect/damaged in transit, please drop us an email at, with a photo of the item as well as your Order No, and we will get back to you on the next steps. It would help us greatly if you get in touch with us within 5 working days upon receiving the item. 

2. For incorrect item(s) sent, we will allow a refund, or issue a store credit if the original item(s) are no longer in stock.  

Unfortunately due to hygiene purposes, we are unable to accept exchanges and returns.
